Studio Warehouse is more than just a shoot space—it is the perfect blank canvas for hosting creative, thoughtful, and design-led events. From pop-ups and product launches to panel talks, workshops, and brand activations, our industrial-style studio offers room to gather, share ideas, and bring people together.
We offer flexible half-day or full-day rates.

Should You Book Studio Hire or Event Rates?
If you are using the space for anything other than a shoot—such as a workshop, seminar, panel, training day, or industry event—you will need to book under our Event Rates. These are priced according to the purpose of use, guest capacity, and the additional setup required to host people in the space.

The studio is available to hire at any time by request. If you do not see your preferred time available online, just email our booking team and we will do our best to accommodate.

Yes—once your event is confirmed, you are welcome to book our in-house photographer at a special rate. Just reach out to our booking team to check availability.

We provide a portable speaker that connects via Bluetooth. There is no PA system or microphone, but you are welcome to hire one. You will only need one PA system.

Studio Warehouse can comfortably seat up to 40 people for a presentation with a screen. If no screen is needed, we can usually fit a few more.

You are welcome to bring food and catering. We ask that all rubbish—including packaging, leftover food, and drinks—is taken with you at the end of your booking. A small fridge is available to keep cakes or drinks cool.

Yes, most likely—a team member will be onsite to greet you, show you around, and answer any quick questions before leaving you to bump in and host your event without interruption.

Yes—we offer a projector that includes sound and is ready to go. There’s no extra charge to use it.

Yes. You are welcome to move the furniture to suit your event layout—we just ask that everything is returned to its original position before the end of your booking.

You can choose between a half-day or full-day hire, with half-day being the minimum. Please ensure your setup, event, and pack-down are all completed within your booked time.

Only the event host may access The Mez during an event to store bags or supplies. Guests must remain on the Ground Floor. No food or drink is permitted upstairs.

For seated events, you can hire up to 40 black folding chairs as an optional add-on. Chairs are $2 + GST each and will be set aside for you to arrange as needed.

Studio Warehouse is partially wheelchair accessible. The Ground Floor can be accessed via the front door or garage roller door and includes a disability-friendly bathroom. Please note, The Mez is only accessible by stairs.

The kitchen includes a small standard fridge, microwave, sink, stainless steel bench, plus a small selection of plates and bowls for basic use.
