HOW it works.
You can hire Studio Warehouse in three ways.
You can book The Ground, The Mez, or The Whole Studio. Each space can be hired separately depending on the type of content you are creating. If you would like access to both levels and full privacy during your booking, we recommend booking the Whole Studio.
The Mez is our 68m² loft-style content space positioned upstairs at Studio Warehouse. Designed to feel more like a beautifully styled apartment than a traditional studio, it offers earthy tones, soft textures, and natural warmth—making it ideal for lifestyle, wellness, and fashion shoots.
The Ground is our largest and most versatile space. A blank concrete canvas with double-height ceilings, soft natural light, and 187m² of open space to work with. Featuring freshly painted neutral grey floors and smooth concrete walls, it is ideal for furniture shoots, fashion, editorials, and high-volume content days.

The Ground Floor
An open, industrial space with concrete walls, styling zones, tables, seating, and paper backdrops. Best suited for campaigns, e-commerce, larger teams, or shoots requiring more room.
1 hour – $140 + GST
2 hours – $280 + GST
3 hours – $420 + GST
4 hours – $520 + GST
5 hours – $650 + GST
6 hours – $780 + GST
7 hours – $910 + GST
The Mez
A warm, loft-style space with soft tones, layered textures, and consistent natural light. Ideal for lifestyle shoots, content creation, portraits, and iPhone-first content.
1 hour – $100 + GST
2 hours – $200 + GST
3 hours – $300 + GST
4 hours – $380 + GST
5 hours – $480 + GST
6 hours – $580 + GST
7 hours – $680 + GST
The Whole Studio
For full access, maximum flexibility, and complete privacy. Includes both The Ground and The Mez, plus all furniture, props, and styling areas across both levels.
1 hour - $180 + GST
2 hours - $360 + GST
3 hours - $540 + GST
4 hours (Half Day) - $600 + GST
5 hours - $720 + GST
6 hours - $840 + GST
7 hours - $900 + GST

Upgrade your studio hire to include one hour of behind-the-scenes video for an additional $150+GST. You will receive high-res photos and video instantly at the end of your booking, ready to post after your creative day at the studio. Perfect for showcasing your team and the process behind your project. This is candid content only; we do not direct, style, or engage with the photoshoot.

All bookings can be made directly online. You will choose either The Ground, The Mez, or the Whole Studio.

You can book The Ground or The Mez between 1 to 4 hours. If you need more time or want exclusive use of both levels, we offer The Whole Studio for a half-day (4 hours) or full-day (10 hours). All of these options can be booked online.
These longer sessions are the best-value option, guaranteeing complete privacy, access to both office spaces, and full use of all studio furniture across both levels.

Yes, studio tours are available by appointment here.

Only Whole Studio bookings guarantee full privacy. If you book just The Ground or The Mez, another booking may take place in the other space at the same time.

You are welcome to rearrange items within your dedicated booked space, but everything must be returned to its original position before your booking ends.
If you book The Whole Studio, you will have more flexibility to move and customise furniture, props, and home décor across both levels. However, all items must still be returned to their original locations before your session finishes.

If you go over your scheduled booking time, overtime charges will apply in 15-minute increments. See our Studio Hire Overtime Policy below.

We aim to keep our website and Instagram up to date with studio tours and photos. As a general rule—anything you see online is available for you to use during your session.
This includes props, furniture, mirrors, plinths, seating, and soft furnishings like rugs and throws. You are welcome to style your shoot using what is available in your booked space.
Please note: if you book The Ground or The Mez individually, you will only have access to the furniture and props on that level. If you would like full access across both levels, we recommend booking The Whole Studio.

Yes, we have three dedicated car spaces at the front of the studio, plus six guest parks directly across near the grass, and plenty of additional guest parking near the entrance.

Yes, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Two continuous soft lights (Aputure Amaran 100X Bi-Colour LED Light) are included. You are welcome to bring your own gear.

Yes—well-behaved pets are welcome, but only on The Ground. Pets are not permitted upstairs in The Mez due to the stairs, rugs and soft furnishings.

Thanks to two parallel skylights, the studio gets consistent natural light throughout the day—clouds permitting.
The light is generally strongest from late morning to early afternoon.
When the garage door is open, warm golden hour light floods into The Ground in the late afternoon. This timing varies slightly depending on daylight savings.

Studio Warehouse is partially wheelchair accessible. The Ground Floor can be accessed via the front door or garage roller door and includes a disability-friendly bathroom. Please note, The Mez is only accessible by stairs.

The kitchen includes a small standard fridge, microwave, sink, stainless steel bench, plus a selection of plates and bowls for basic use.
Overtime, including early starts, is charged at $25 per 15 minutes and is monitored via CCTV. We are strict on this, as running over impacts the next booking and our schedule.
Your studio hire time must include bump-in, setup, pack-down, and exit. You and your team must vacate the studio by the exact end time of your booking. Early access may be considered up to 10 minutes only.
We often run back-to-back bookings for classes, photoshoots, and studio hire, so timing is a core part of how we operate. Any overtime charges will be invoiced to the person who made the booking.
