The Ground is our biggest and most versatile space—a blank concrete canvas with double-height ceilings, soft natural light, and 187m² of open space to work with. It features freshly painted neutral grey floors and smooth concrete walls, making it ideal for furniture shoots, fashion, editorials, and high-volume content days.
Perfect for larger campaign shoots or productions that need a bit more room to spread out. With easy bump-in access, The Ground has a large west-facing garage door that lets in soft natural light throughout the day, with golden hour hitting beautifully in the afternoon.
Optional add-ons include our retractable triple paper roll mount and a 3x3m white cyclorama wall on wheels—easy to use and perfect for clean, consistent e-comm photography.
The Mez.

Upstairs at Studio Warehouse, The Mez is a 68m² loft-style space filled with soft textures and earthy tones—designed to feel more like a cosy living area than a traditional studio.
Lit by a skylight, it offers a consistent natural glow that brings warmth, calmness, and an at-home energy. The space is styled with layered carpets, lounges, armchairs, and coffee tables.
You will also have access to all our props, including mugs, vases, faux flowers, notepads, candles, ceramics, coffee table books, lamps, and other styling pieces.
Freestanding textured wall panels in soft neutrals and rich tones add depth to the space, offering tonal backdrops without the need to over-style. Subtle but effective, they are ideal for fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and editorial content that needs something simple yet elevated.
The Mez is perfect for cosy shoots, fashion, homewares, and wellness brands wanting relaxed, lifestyle-focused content.
HOW it works.
You can hire Studio Warehouse in three ways: book The Ground, book The Mez, or book the entire studio. Each space is available to hire separately depending on the style of content you are creating. If you want full access to both levels and complete privacy during your booking, we recommend booking the whole studio.

All bookings can be made directly online. You will choose either The Ground, The Mez, or the Whole Studio.

You can book the studio for anywhere between 1 to 8 hours. The minimum booking is one hour. For bookings longer than 8 hours, please contact our team directly to arrange.

Yes, viewings are available by appointment here.

Only Whole Studio bookings guarantee full privacy. If you book just The Ground or The Mez, another booking may take place in the other space at the same time.

Large pieces cannot be moved between levels (up or down the stairs), so furniture must stay within The Ground or The Mez as booked.
You are welcome to re-arrange furniture within your dedicate booked space, but everything must be returned to its original position by the end of your booking.
If you book the Whole Studio, you will have more flexibility to move and customise furniture, props, and home décor across both levels—but everything must be put back before your session ends.

If you go over your scheduled booking time, overtime charges will apply in 15-minute increments.

Yes, we have three dedicated car spaces, plus six guest parks directly across the driveways, and plenty of additional guest parking near the entrance.

Yes, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Two continuous soft lights (Aputure Amaran 100X Bi-Colour LED Light) are included. You are welcome to bring your own gear.

Yes—well-behaved pets are welcome, but only on The Ground. Pets are not permitted upstairs in The Mez due to the stairs, rugs and soft furnishings.

Thanks to two parallel skylights, the studio gets consistent natural light throughout the day—clouds permitting.
The light is generally strongest from late morning to early afternoon.
When the garage door is open, warm golden hour light floods into The Ground in the late afternoon. This timing varies slightly depending on daylight savings.

Studio Warehouse is partially wheelchair accessible. The Ground Floor can be accessed via the front door or garage roller door and includes a disability-friendly bathroom. Please note, The Mez is only accessible by stairs.

The kitchen includes a small standard fridge, microwave, sink, stainless steel bench, plus a selection of plates and bowls for basic use.

Studio Hire Overtime Policy
We often have back-to-back bookings for classes, photoshoots, and studio hire, so it is essential that you and your team vacate the studio by the exact end time of your booking. Your hire must include time for bump-in, setup, pack-down, and exit. Early access is not permitted.
If the studio is not fully vacated by your finish time, an immediate overtime fee of $75 + GST will be charged to your card. Additional overtime is charged in 15-minute increments.
Overtime is monitored and reviewed via CCTV.

Perfect for branding shoots and larger crews. Does not include access to The Mez.
